As an Applicant
- On the Cybersettle home page click on "I have an Access Code".
- Enter the 8 digit Access Code which can be found on the e-mail or fax you received.
- If you are a returning user, enter your user name and password now. If you are a new user, click on “No, I don’t have a Cybersettle account” confirm your information, create a username and password, agree to the terms and click “Create My Account”.
- After reviewing your case information, click on “Enter Your Demand for Round 1” at the top of the page.
- You will be asked to read and agree to Cybersettle's Participation Agreement. You will need to enter your Total Stated Damages, Minimum Demand and Maximum Demand, then click Submit.
- If your minimum demand is less than or equal to the opposition offer, then case will settle.
As a Respondent
- On the Cybersettle home page click on "I have an Access Code".
- Enter the 8 digit Access Code which can be found on the e-mail or fax you received.
- If you are a returning user, enter your user name and password now. If you are a new user, click on “No, I don’t have a Cybersettle account” confirm your information, create a username and password, agree to the terms and click “Create My Account”.
- After reviewing your case information, click on “Enter Your Round 1 Offer” at the top of the page.
- You will be asked to read and agree to Cybersettle's Participation Agreement. You will have the opportunity to submit three rounds of offers. For each round, you will be asked to enter your Offer - the absolute highest settlement amount you will accept that round. If the offer equals or exceeds the demand, the case will settle.
- If your case does not settle in the first round, you can elect to continue onto the next round(s).
