Why should I use Cybersettle?

Cybersettle helps you settle cases efficiently and cost-effectively by eliminating factual and legal disputes, personality conflicts and communication difficulties. Cybersettle provides a real-time settlement solution 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Our state-of-the-art system is an efficient alternative to the traditional case resolution process.

How is Cybersettle different from traditional mediation and arbitration?

Cybersettle complements traditional mediation and arbitration. Many cases do not require the degree of intervention offered by a mediator or arbitrator. Similarly, there are complex or impasse claims that may not settle without the assistance of a 3rd party. Cybersettle allows you to resolve straightforward cases faster and more cost effectively and helps you identify the cases that require a neutral. In fact, Cybersettle's exclusive alliance with the American Arbitration Association allows both service providers to move claims and cases seamlessly between each other in order to provide the fastest and most efficient resolution process for the parties.

How do I access Cybersettle?

You can access Cybersettle from any Internet-ready computer. If you do not have a username and password you may contact our Customer Support Center at (888) 656-3600.

Is the information I enter into the system confidential?

Yes. Claim information is password-protected to ensure privacy, and cannot be accessed by the opposition or any other outside parties. When a claim settles only the amount of settlement is disclosed. Cybersettle never discloses unsuccessful online offers and demands.

Are my transactions secure?

Yes. All information submitted to Cybersettle is protected by state-of-the-art 128-bit SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption. The Cybersettle transactional site is hosted with IBM, where it is monitored 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Is there any value to the Cybersettle process if my case does not settle online?

Yes. The Cybersettle process still serves as an effective settlement tool, which stimulates a more sincere and focused exchange between parties. Since no offer or demand is ever revealed to the opposing party, cases that do not settle online settle “offline” in a shorter time period.

Is Cybersettle neutral?

Absolutely. Cybersettle is an unbiased party in the claims settlement process and takes affirmative steps to ensure total confidentiality of customer information.

Can non-represented claimants use Cybersettle?
