Will the claim ever settle for more than my top offer?

No. The claim will NEVER settle for an amount greater than your maximum offer in any given round.

Is there any value to the Cybersettle process if my case does not settle online?

Definitely. Even when an online settlement does not occur , the Cybersettle process still serves as an effective settlement tool, which stimulates a more sincere, real and focused exchange between parties. Since no offer or demand is ever revealed to the opposing party, cases that do not settle online often settle “offline” quicker than if the case had never passed through Cybersettle.

Is Cybersettle Binding?

Yes. When you agree to participate in the Cybersettle system, you are contracting to be bound by the final settlement amount. Because you are always in control of the offers or demands, the case cannot settle for an unsatisfactory amount that you did not anticipate.

Is the information I enter into the system confidential?

Yes. Claim information is password-protected to ensure privacy, and cannot be accessed by the opposition or any other outside parties. When a claim settles only the amount of settlement is disclosed. Cybersettle never discloses unsuccessful online offers and demands.
