Cybersettle Instructions

The following are the basic instructions for engaging a Cybersettle case. For engaging a subrogation case, please click here.
  • On the Cybersettle home page click on "I have an Access Code".
     
  • Enter the 8 digit Access Code which can be found on the e-mail or fax you received.
     
  • If you are a returning user, enter your user name and password now. If you are a new user, click on "No, I don't have a Cybersettle account" confirm your information, create a username and password, agree to the terms and click "Create My Account".
     
  • Review your case information.
     
  • If you are responding to offers: click on "Enter Your Demand for Round 1" at the top of the page. Or, if you are responding to demands: click on "Enter Your Offer for Round 1" at the top of the page.
     
  • You will be asked to read and agree to Cybersettle's Participation Agreement. You will have the opportunity to participate in three settlement rounds. For each round, you will be asked to enter a good faith amount in an attempt to resolve the case. If the offer and demand overlap, the case will settle for the average of the 2 numbers.
     
  • If your case does not settle in the first round, you can elect to continue onto the next round(s).
