Cybersettle’s original patent, U.S. 6,330,551, covers the process to automate negotiation of financial transactions using a double-blind, multiple round bidding system that matches offers and demands in an efficient online platform. Additional patents have been granted and are pending that cover specific aspects of the negotiation itself, including recruiting the other party to negotiate, ongoing communications between the parties, scheduling the negotiation, and settling the transaction. Our U.S. patent portfolio includes eight granted and allowed patents and six pending patents that incorporate approximately 135 divisional, dependent and independent claims. We have also been awarded nine international patents and have nine additional patents pending in Canada, China, Hong Kong, India, Japan, Mexico, Singapore South Africa, and Israel.
