Robert C. Ballou, Chairman, President & CEO
Mr. Ballou most recently was President & CEO of ONSITE3, a provider of electronic discovery service for law firms and multinational corporations that was acquired by Integreon, Inc. in April 2009. Prior to ONSITE3, he was President of Intuit Real Estate Solutions, an enterprise software and consulting services provider to the global real estate market where he delivered consistent revenue and earnings growth. Before joining Intuit, Mr. Ballou spent 23 years at General Electric Co., where he served as President and CEO of the Small Business Finance Corp., Senior Vice President for wealth management for GE Financial Assurance, and General Manager for various global GE businesses in Asia, Canada, and the United States.
Michael J. Turillo, Jr.
Mr. Turillo has more than 30 years of experience advising both large and small companies across a variety of sectors in such areas as strategy, technology, operations and sales and served as interim CEO of Cybersettle between August 2008 and June 2009. He is currently Chief Operating Officer of Spencer Trask & Co., Chief Executive Officer of Spencer Trask Corporate Partnering Group, LLC and Vice Chairman and President of Spencer Trask Collaborative Innovations Inc. From 2001 to 2003, he was an executive at IBM in the Business Consulting Services division. He spent the previous 28 years at KPMG, where he most recently held the title of Global Chief Knowledge Officer and was also a member of the International, Executive Management Team.
William T. Clifford
Mr. Clifford is currently the Chief Executive Officer of Spencer Trask & Co. and Manager of CyberInvestors Management LLC, a stockholder of the Company. From 2001 to 2008, he served in a variety of capacities including angel investor, venture partner, advisor, and general partner in venture activities related to early stage information technology companies, the most recent of which was Aperture Technologies - a Spencer Track portfolio company recently sold to Emerson Electric. He previously served as President and CEO of Gartner Group, Inc., (NYSE:IT).
Craig A. T. Jones
Mr. Jones is Managing Partner of Ticonderoga Capital. He is a graduate Magna Cum Laude from Harvard Law School and a member of the California Bar Association. Mr. Jones co-founded Ticonderoga Capital and has 26 years of venture capital experience focused on information technology, technology-enabled business services and healthcare. Over his extensive venture career, Mr. Jones supervised over $500 million of venture capital investments. Mr. Jones was previously the Managing Partner of Dillon Read Venture Capital, a Partner with Advent International and an Associate with Centennial Ventures. Before commencing his career in venture capital, he was a management consultant with Bain & Company. Mr. Jones has been a director of over thirty-five companies, including 14 that have completed successful initial public offerings and ten successful sales. He is on the Board of Directors and Board of Advisors for several private information technology and healthcare companies.
