I'm using an older web browser like Netscape 3 or Internet Explorer 3. Will it work?
No. Unfortunately, in order to maintain a high level of security, Cybersettle will only work on 4th generation browsers (Netscape 4 and Internet Explorer 4) and higher. We recommend however, that you use at least a 5th generation browser (Internet Explorer 5 or Netscape 6) for optimum performance.

The site keeps on kicking me out after 20 minutes of inactivity. Why is that?
As a security precaution we close down users who are idle for more than 20 minutes. This is to prevent any chance of users leaving their computer unattended and allowing others intercept or alter their sessions. Simply relog on to continue using Cybersettle.

When I go to your site, I get an error stating that my SSL certificate is invalid. What should I do?
Older browser versions only use 40-bit encryption to create Secure Socket Layer (SSL) connections. For maximum security, Cybersettle requires that your browser be configured for at least 128-bit encryption. Please visit your browser's manufacturer (Netscape, Microsoft, etc.) to upgrade your browser.
