Cybersettle assists plaintiff’s lawyers in reaching faster resolution with the
opposition whether a case settles online, through telephone facilitation, or by
carrying the momentum of the process into subsequent negotiations.
Cybersettle does not charge plaintiff’s lawyers for participation or for
access. Plaintiff’s lawyers only pay a “success” fee when cases settle (1)
online or (2) through telephone facilitation.
