Telephone Facilitation Services
In an effort to accommodate the growing needs of our customers, Cybersettle
has added a new telephone facilitation department. This value-added extension of
the Cybersettle process allows highly trained facilitators to target claims that do
not settle online for immediate resolution.
Cybersettle’s facilitation process is completely confidential. Offers and
demands are never revealed to the opposition without consent. All conversations
are recorded and monitored for added security. The facilitation process is
completely optional; parties can choose to participate exclusively in
Cybersettle’s double-blind settlement process, the telephone facilitation
services, or both. If a claim does not settle, party position is never
compromised.
As with Cybersettle’s Web-based system, the parties are always in control of
their settlement offers and demands during the telephone facilitation process.
A claim will never settle for an amount that is unsatisfactory to either party.
The facilitation process is only binding when parties are brought together to a
mutually agreeable figure.
