Cybersettle and the American Arbitration Association have entered into a strategic alliance to allow their clients to use both companies' alternative dispute resolution (ADR) and online dispute resolution (ODR) services.

The agreement enables the AAA and Cybersettle to offer their clients a one-stop option for all of their ADR needs. Cybersettle users will now have the ability to shift from the online settlement process to AAA conciliation, mediation, and arbitration if a claim is not settled through online negotiation. And AAA clients using its proprietary online case management tools can opt to try and settle their disputes via Cybersettle prior to selection of AAA neutrals.
